MEET ANNA Porter
Anna is a visionary entrepreneur and the first Latina to establish a staffing agency, in Holland, MI, making a significant impact in the industry by breaking barriers and creating opportunities for diverse talent. She has over twenty years in recruiting experience. With a passion for empowering others and driving change, she founded Rankin Recruiting in 2020. Even in the midst of a worldwide pandemic she knew it was time to LAUNCH!
In addition to running her successful staffing agency, Anna is an advocate for Latina entrepreneurs, mentoring young women who aspire to start their own businesses. Her dedication to lifting others is reflected in her community work and her consistent presence at events promoting female empowerment, workforce development, and diversity in entrepreneurship.
Collaboration over Competition is foundational and Anna’s heart as she serves her community and creating lasting relationships. This has set Rankin Recruiting apart in the Staffing Industry. Anna has served on multiple boards which include Escape Ministries, Good Samaritan and The Flourish Society. She recently was called to join the fight against Human Trafficking and is on what she likes to call a “God Assignment” at The Hope Project located in Muskegon, MI.
She has three adult children and 7 grand kids who she likes to call her best friends! She loves photography and the art of telling a story through photos. She also has several books in her heart and currently working on her first one.
Anna loves community and you will more than likely see her at a parade, a summer concert, or watching one our beautiful West Coast sunsets.
